CLOTHING MERCH PRE ORDER & STICKER UPDATE!

Hi Babes, 

I've been getting 300 emails an hour all about the same thing, so I thought it might be easier to address them here.

- All of our sticker orders have been shipped and removed from the website. We will not be bringing them back any time soon, and this is so we can focus on the clothing orders. 

- If you have not received your sticker in 2-3 weeks from today, contact us and we will organise a replacement. 

- If you mess up your customer details please use the email address BGABadGirlsAdvice@outlook.com - I will get back to you ASAP and I can edit your address. You must send me your ORDER NUMBER and any CORRECTIONS in the first email, please, to save time. 

- We cannot edit sizing or print after it is placed. You must ORDER CAREFULLY because the only solution to your error is cancelling the order, processing a refund which will take 7-12 business days and then re-ordering. It is out of our control, so please be careful.

- We cannot offer refunds on shirts for incorrect ordering. We have a size chart on the website listed with every item, so please utilise this feature. As all of our sales are done through a pre order, we order every single shirt for a specific person and only order a few spares in case of fault, loss or damage. 

- While we endeavour to get all orders our as quickly as possible, there are still only a few of us Brisbane girls sitting on the floor of someones garage packing orders ourselves. The website does not mean we outsource labour, we just use big cartel as a means to get the merch out to you.

- We are working on paypal, however it isn't easy to get approved for a business paypal.
